Our range of short cycling breaks can provide a relaxing long weekend away or, if you are touring around Scotland, this could be a holiday within a holiday.
Our routes combine quiet countryside roads with stretches of the National Cycle Network. All routes are selected to take you through some of Scotland's best cycling areas an offer you a blend of relaxation, exhilaration and the satisfaction of touring the Scottish countryside by means of your own efforts.
All the short cycling breaks listed here are Self Guided - this means that we take care of all the arrangements and you are left to cycle at your own pace, with your own party. Our tours are a combination of circular routes and A to B one-way cycles, which offer you the satisfaction of having actually got somewhere as a result of your efforts. All accommodation used by velodays has been specifically selected to offer the best of Scottish hospitality. Whereever possible, web links are provided to all accommodation in the detailed pages.
