Self Led Tours
Our holidays offer a chance to see Scotland at close quarters. Our routes combine quiet country roads with stretches of the National Cycle Network, with all routes selected to take you through some of Scotland's best cycling countryside.
The tours listed below are all Self Guided - this means that we take care of all the arrangements (including accommodation, bike hire, luggage transfer and route navigation by GPS cycle computer), while you are left to cycle at your own pace, with your own party.
Our tours are a combination of circular routes and one-way cycles, which offer you the satisfaction of having actually got somewhere as a result of your efforts. Our A to B routes are designed to offer you the opportunity to travel back to your departure point by rail. We have shaped our tours around the availability of quality accommodation and good food. After a day of fresh air and exercise it's the least you deserve.

Lands End To John O'groats (self Led)
- Duration: 13 days of cycling, 12-14 nights
- Total Cycling Distance: 913 miles (Avg. 70 miles) Per Day
- Price: Typical price (2010) for sharing a room is £769 (hotel) and £620 (B&B). Supplements will apply for single rooms. This includes accommodation, route in hard copy and GPX format.
- Dates: This is a self-led tour and can depart on any date
Lochs And Glens
- Duration: 5 cycling days, 4-6 nights
- Total Cycling Distance: 148 miles (Avg. 30 miles) Per Day
- Price: From £260 per person sharing a double room. This is a base price which includes 4 nights accommodation and supply of the route in both hard copy and digital form. Numerous optional services include accommodation on the arrival day, accommodation on the final day, bike hire and GPS unit. Luggage transfer may be available depending upon group size.
- Dates: 2010 tours can begin every Thursday from April to October.
Perthshire And The Trossachs
- Duration: 6 cycling days, 6-8 nights
- Total Cycling Distance: 200 miles (Avg. 33 miles (not including one rest day)) Per Day
- Price: From £433 per person sharing a double room. This is a base price which includes 6 nights accommodation and supply of the route in both hard copy and digital form. Optional services include accommodation on arrival day, accommodation on the final day, bike hire, supply of GPS unit and luggage transfer.
- Dates: 2010 tours can begin every Monday from April to October (optional arrival Sunday, start cycling on Monday)
Loch Ness And The Cairngorms
- Duration: 6 cycling days, 5-7 nights
- Total Cycling Distance: 183 miles (Avg. 30.5 miles) Per Day
- Price: From £343 per person sharing a double room. This is a base price which includes 5 nights accommodation and supply of the route in both hard copy and digital form. Numerous optional services include accommodation on the final day, bike hire, supply of and luggage transfer.
- Dates: 2010 tours can begin every Thursday from April to October
Mull Of Galloway - John O'groats (8 Days)
- Duration: 8 cycling days, 7-9 nights
- Total Cycling Distance: 433 miles (Avg. 54 miles) Per Day
- Price: 2010 prices from £399 per person sharing a double room. This includes 7 nights accommodation and supply of digital and hard copy of the route. Optional extras such as bike hire, supply of GPS unit, pre and post tour accommodation and single occupancy rooms. Due to the distances involved luggage transfer is not offered as a standard option on this tour. However, luggage transfer can be arranged for groups.
- Dates: This is a self led tour and it can begin any Monday (optional arrival on Sunday) from May to October.
Mull Of Galloway - John O'groats (4 Days)
- Duration: 4 (tough) cycling days, 4 nights
- Total Cycling Distance: 433 miles (Avg. 108 miles) Per Day
- Price: 2010 prices from £259 per person sharing a double room. The price includes a detailed route guide and supply of digital version of the route. Optional extras such as bike hire, pre and post tour accommodation, single occupancy rooms, local transport can be added to this price. Due to the distances involved luggage transfer is not offered as a standard option on this tour. However, luggage transfer can be arranged for groups.
- Dates: This is a self led tour and it can begin any Monday (arrival on Sunday) from May to October.

- Duration: Totally flexible
- Total Cycling Distance: 913 miles (Avg. Totally Flexible) Per Day
- Price: £10 per day for the first person, £4 per day for each additional person.
- Dates: This service is offered on any departure date during the months of June and September.
