Route: The route runs from Tomintoul, the highest village in Scotland, down into the heart of Speyside, the home of Malt Whisky. There are several distilleries on (or very close to) the route.

Total Cycling Distance: 45 miles (Average cycling distance is 22.5 miles per day.)
Departures: Self Led Tours - Depart every Saturday (optional arrival Friday) from May to September. Group/Supported Tours are arranged subject to requirements and availability.
Price: Self Led Tours - From £156 per person sharing a double room. This is a base price which includes 2 nights accommodation and supply of the route in both hard copy and digital form. Group/Supported Tours - This tour make an excellent group outing for a weekend away or corporate activity. For group tours we can supply support vehicle, luggage transfer, cycling guide and can arrange transport to/from both Aberdeen and Inverness.
Self Led Tours - The tour begins in a realitively isoltaed part of the Cairngorms and the transportation involved adds to the cost of bike hire. The size of the party will determine the cost per person if you wish to hire bikes.
Yes ...it really is (almost) downhill all the way from Tomintoul, the highest village in the Highlands to The Glenlivet Distillery
and then onwards to Speyside and the village of Aberlour. From Aberlour on the Spey it's (slightly) up the hill to the small highland village of Archiestown.

and then over the modest hill to Dallas - the village which gave its name to its rather larger Texan cousin. The trip finishes at the historic Dallas Dhu distillery
